Where is the store based?

All our clothing is 100% cotton (except Heather Grey, which is a blend of cotton and polyester).
Ethically Sourced Clothing:
All of our apparel is printed on “Rabbit Skins” and “Bella + Canvas” brand garments. Both companies’ clothing is produced ethically in socially compliant WRAP-certified factories that are sweatshop-free and child labor-free.
WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and worker's rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association. WRAP certifications are awarded based upon both internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations.
However, we are fully aware of the criticisms of WRAP by labor rights groups, and don’t take a WRAP certification as a be-all end-all. Rest assured that we will continue to do our due diligence to ensure that the companies we work with are socially responsible, and the clothing is ethically produced.
Follow the tips and your clothing will last a long time with the same bright looking design.
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes roughly 3-5 business days to process an order. And we currently offer standard shipping, which is 5-7 business days. So you should expect to your order to arrive sometime between 8-12 business days. If your package hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please reach out to us at [email protected]
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Our goal is to make clothing that your kids will want to wear until it’s literally falling off of them. So if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know. We would love the opportunity to work out any issues with you. Contact us at: [email protected]
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Please reach out to us within 5 business days from the date of the item’s arrival. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned item and have ensured it’s still in perfect condition.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
